1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During high-volume periods (live sales, drops, or promotions), processing times may be extended.

2. Weekly Shipping Schedule

To ensure efficiency during high-volume live sales:

  • Orders are typically shipped once per week

  • Main shipping days are Monday–Wednesday following weekend streams

  • Orders from multiple streams may be combined into one shipment

This allows us to organize, package, and ship all items safely and accurately.

3. Live Sales, Rip & Ship

For live stream purchases:

  • Products may be opened live on stream (“rip & ship”)

  • All items pulled during live streams are final and shipped as received

  • Packaging (wrappers, boxes) may not be included unless requested during the live

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the nature of live openings.

4. Combined Shipping

  • Multiple purchases may be combined into one shipment

  • Orders may be held to allow bundling from ongoing streams

  • This reduces shipping costs and improves delivery efficiency

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method is selected based on order size, value, and destination.

6. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

7. Shipping Responsibility

Once a package is handed to the carrier:

  • Risk transfers to the buyer

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • All delivery issues must be handled with the carrier

8. Insurance (Optional but Recommended)

Shipping insurance may be:

  • Included on high-value packages at our discretion

  • Available upon request before shipment

If insurance is declined, the buyer assumes full responsibility once shipped.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery

  • Additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
